So 'chuffed', I got a reply from Billy Riley himself. What a solid cat! Here's his reply:
"Thanks for the birthday wish. I am feeling pretty good now, not well enough to boogie, but better.
I 'm sure you heard about my operations back in Feb. I went into the hospital for a third complete hip replaement and on the second day after the hip operration I started having heart attacks and had to have an emergency, five bypass, heart surgery. Had a rough time for about four months, but am doing OK now. I have my good days and my bad days, but I am still rocking. Thanks for remembering my birthday
